Choose 'Course Page' if this is an overview/parent page for a course. Lessons within each course should be set as 'Lesson Page' and you can now choose 'Module/Group' to denote the 'parent page' of a group of lessons within a course. You can also choose to set this as a 'Standalone Lesson
