What Is 'Assisted Marketing'
We use the term ‘Assisted Marketing’ so that you know you are not alone, even when you are working on Do It Yourself SEO and Emarketing. Our standard membership plan gives you access to your SEO Advisor, who can help you get started, answer any questions – anytime you have them and help you with your project plan.
In essence, we’ll ‘Assist’ you in your efforts, however, we can – but you are responsible for taking the primary action for each phase of your program.
What is the difference between the Basic and Premium Memberships?

We know that marketing your own website can be difficult, confusing, and overwhelming. Our goal is to simplify the process for you and hand-hold you through any problems or doubt you encounter.
Our service is perfectly fit to help anyone, regardless of experience or progress, with your website marketing it. If you are looking for someone to help you make the right choices or advise you on the best ‘next-steps’ – we are here to help.
I don't even have a website yet, do you help with that too?
Yes! Although our core service is built around DIY Search Optimization, the fact is – proper search engine optimization touches every aspect of your website and external marketing. A lot of the specific techniques we teach impact the look, feel, and programming of your website.
You can always hire Spiral Marketing directly and we can build a website for you – but if you want to do it your own, we can advise and assist as well.
Are all courses and content available from the start? No drip-fed training?
You get access to everything already inside the Spiral Assisted Marketing platform right-away! No waiting for content to be released to you, just jump in and start making use of the training right where you are. We regularly update and add new material too – so your content library will continue growing.
Although all content is available with your membership, Premium Members usually get access to content early, as its being developed. In the active process of making content, we often make updates with each step of a process – and you can follow along!
Can I get one-on-one help and support with any aspect of my website and emarketing?
Not only can you ask questions and get advice, support, and feedback any time from within our community; but we also run monthly live Q&A sessions, where you can pre-submit your questions for your Spiral Marketing Advisors.
On top of that, we also have a private coaching section in the community, where you can get private support and feedback. This alone is worth more than the price of admission!
Premium Members get exclusive access to 1:1 video support and a live Slack channel (private and premium members only).
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Obviously we’d love it if all of our members stuck around forever – but we know marketing a website takes a lot of work and often has shifting priorities. We often see members who keep their membership active until they have the knowledge and help they need, often coming back when they are ready for the next steps!
So, if you do decide to cancel, we’ll obviously be very sad, but if you’re intent on leaving then you’ll be able to do so with just 2 clicks of a mouse.
